Having difficulty
placing an order?
Don't worry, there are many reasons a
customer may be having difficulty
placing an order. Reasons such as: bank rejected credit cards, and
incorrect billing addresses.

will determine the problem and contact the customer right away with
a resolution. They give these types of situations very high
priority. Much in the same way they treat customers who are having
difficulty receiving their registration information by email.
If the customer is having difficulty receiving registration
information, please contact Emetrix at: [email protected]. Often
customers are not aware that spam filters may be blocking emails
from us or from Emetrix. Customers may even assume that nothing has
been sent.Customers can also mistype their email addresses in an
order, and may not even realize that they have done so. This can
prevent customers from receiving registration information.
How can I purchase by fax or mail?
Purchase Order Guidelines:
-We accept purchase orders from qualified corporations and
organizations
on orders of $100.00 or more.
-All purchase orders must be submitted on customer Company
Letterhead
-The Purchase Order number must appear on the actual purchase order
-The quantity & exact price of each product ordered (in US Dollars)
must
appear on the P.O.
Also please provide:
-Company Name, shipping, and billing addresses
-Company telephone and fax numbers
-Full name & Email Address of person that will be receiving the
product
electronically
-For customers outside of the U.S.-Three credit reference (with
contact
name and direct telephone number) from U.S. based companies that you
have done business with via purchase order within the last 6 months.
For faster delivery of product(s) please consider paying by credit
card,
check, (drawn on a US Bank ) money order, or wire transfer.

How can I know my order is secure?
Our order forms are designed to warn you if you are using an
insecure connection. The top of the order page will tell you if the
form you are using is secure or not.
Here are other ways to tell if a page is secure:
For Microsoft Internet Explorer:
- You will see a yellow lock in the lower right hand corner of the
browser.
- If you right click on the page and select properties, the dialogue
box will display 'HyperText Transfer Protocol with Privacy' under
protocol.
- The page URL will begin with https:// and not https://
For Netscape Navigator:
- You will see a closed blue lock with a yellow highlight in the
lower left hand corner of the browser.
- If you double click on the lock your browser will tell you more
information about the server certificate and security.

Who will the charge on my credit card be from?

What if I don't have a credit card?
If you don't have a credit card or would rather pay by other means,
we can accept a check or money order for your purchase. Just print
and send the order form with payment for processing.

How can I cancel an order?
Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled,
once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you would
like to request a refund see below.
What is your return policy?
Refund policies are created by the individual manufacturer of
software that you are purchasing, not Emetrix. Each software
developer has a unique policy; you will need to
contact them directly
for this information.
What is a registration
file?
A registration file is a tool that software companies use to
validate a paid user. If an order is fulfilled by registration file,
you will recieve a file that allows you to 'unlock' a product's
trial version. The trial version is available to download from the
manufacturer's web site before you purchase the software.
Will I get a disk in the mail?
You will get a disk in the mail ONLY IF the delivery option you
choose explicitly states so. Not all products are available for
physical delivery.
Can I use my "Single License" on all my
computers?
No - one license is for one machine only -
if you need more licenses, there a volume licenses and discounts
